Hydraulic Oil Cooler AH0608TL

The hydraulic station is a hydraulic device composed of a hydraulic pump, a driving motor, an oil tank, a directional valve, a throttle valve, an overflow valve, etc., or a hydraulic device including a control valve.
Generally, the temperature of hydraulic oil is suitable to be kept in the range of 30-50℃, and the maximum temperature should not exceed 60℃. Excessive oil temperature is likely to cause rapid aging of the sealing ring and other accessories, thermal deformation of mechanical parts, reduced or even deterioration of hydraulic oil viscosity, and increased leakage, resulting in unstable operation of the hydraulic system.
The increase in hydraulic oil temperature is generally caused by mechanical friction, high oil pump temperature, and oil compression. The common cooling methods of hydraulic stations are generally air-cooled and water-cooled. Air cooled oil cooler is suitable for small hydraulic stations.
The working principle of air cooled oil cooleris to allow convection between the heating medium and the cold medium to exchange heat, so as to achieve the purpose of cooling.
