1:Principle of cooler stop processing
When the transformer cooler is completely stopped, the staff should immediately report the dispatch, and at the same time quickly find the cause of the fault and try to restore the cooler operation as soon as possible. During the processing, during the failure of the treatment cooler, a special person should be sent to closely monitor the transformer oil temperature and winding temperature changes. If the transformer load is large, when the top oil temperature is close to 75 °C within 30 minutes of the cooler's full stop, the dispatcher should apply for immediate deloading. If the transformer load is small, the upper layer oil temperature will not reach 75 °C within 30 minutes of the transformer cooler stop. The dispatcher should apply for temporary release of the "cooler full stop three-side pressure plate" and allow the relay to run until the oil sleep temperature reaches 75 ° C, but not more than 2 hours.
2:Cause of failure
The two-way AC working power supply of the cooler is simultaneously de-energized, that is, the AC three-phase power input switch trips, or the two-way AC power supply of the low-voltage power distribution room is lost; the two AC control power supplies of the cooler are simultaneously tripped; one AC three-phase power input during operation The switch trips and the other way does not automatically input.
You should immediately go to the site to check if the AC power switch in the cold control cabinet trips and check if the cooler AC control power switch trips. If the AC power switch in the cold control cabinet is not tripped, you should quickly check whether the AC power outlet switch connected to the 380V/220V cooler is tripped, and find the fault point in time to deal with it as soon as possible. Quickly restore the AC working power of the cooler. If the two AC control power switches trip at the same time, the AC control switch should be tested separately, and the cooler AC power selection switch should be switched to perform fault finding. If one of the AC three-phase input switches is in operation and the other is not self-injected, the cooler AC power selection switch should be manually switched to restore the AC working power and then find the fault point.
