1, Installation of the cooler

The cooler should be installed firmly. The installation position should be as far as possible to avoid vibration and shock. The cooler piping should be connected as much as possible. When used in the car, the foot should be installed with a cushion to reduce the vibration and impact during the vehicle travel, thus extending the life of the cooler. The front and rear mounting positions of the cooler should be at least 300mm to ensure free airflow and exhaust air, and to prevent inhalation of air that has been heated by other external components. Please be careful when loading and unloading the cooler inlet and outlet port joints. You must use the tool to clamp the oil port connector of the radiator (do not need to tighten too tightly when installing the joint, do not loosen it), to avoid deformation of the radiator port joint, resulting in deformation Oil spill! The diameter of the cooler oil outlet pipe and the bypass pipe shall not be less than 1/3 of the diameter of the cooler. The oil outlet pipe of the cooler shall not be fitted with any filtering devices and other components, and shall ensure that the oil is unimpeded and returned to the hydraulic tank.


2, Function and installation of the pressure bypass valve: When the cooler is used for cooling the return line of the hydraulic system, since the hydraulic system generates high impact pressure and flow in the commutation, in order to avoid damage to the cooler caused by the impact pressure and the instantaneous flow increase, the pressure bypass valve must be used. . The opening pressure of the pressure bypass valve is 0.5Mpa. When the pressure is less than 0.5Mpa, the bypass valve is closed, forcing the oil to pass through the cooler. When the system oil return pressure is greater than 0.5Mpa, the bypass valve will automatically open. The high-pressure oil no longer passes through the cooler, but returns directly to the hydraulic tank through the bypass valve circuit, thereby avoiding damage to the cooler caused by excessive pressure.


3, Fan motor connection: The circuit connection must be done by an experienced electrician, and the motor wiring diagram is on the back of the black junction box.

4, Wind direction of the fan: The wind direction of the fan must be in the direction of the label in accordance with the windward arrow on the cooler.

5, Cleaning and maintenance of the cooler: The radiator should be kept clean and the radiator air inlet grid fins should be cleaned at least once a week. The cleaning method can use the air gun to align the heat sink air inlet style fins to blow off the dust and adhering matter attached to it, otherwise the heat dissipation performance and service life will be greatly reduced.
