Generally, the temperature of the hydraulic oil of the excavator is lower than the water temperature by more than 10 °C. The system must pay attention to the high temperature. The high temperature damages the digging machine, the working efficiency is slow, the speed is slow, the rubber products of the sealing ring are prematurely aged, and the hydraulic oil is also prone to deterioration. The overall damage to the excavator is relatively large. When high temperature occurs, first check whether the radiator is clean, if necessary, clean it up, then check if the fan belt is too loose, the speed is sufficient, and finally check whether the engine power is sufficient and whether the hydraulic system is overloaded.
