First, the water cooling system

The water cooling system consists of inlet and outlet nozzles, valves, return pumps, coolers, inlet pipes, etc. It is generally installed below the underframe. The water cooling system is convenient to use, simple in structure, fast in cooling, easy to obtain cooling water, and low in cost.

a.Cooling range

Cooling range of the water cooling system: AT = 50C.

b. Working principle

When the oil temperature is ≥ 50C, the cooler water gate valve is opened, water flows in from the water inlet, and flows out from the water outlet through the cooler. At this time, the hydraulic oil is exchanged with water in the cooler, and the hydraulic oil is cooled.

Second, the air cooling system

The air cooling system consists of radiators, hydraulic motors, fans, hoses and other components. It has the function of adjusting the temperature of the hydraulic oil.

b. Working principle

When the temperature of the hydraulic oil is higher than 55 °C, the temperature control switch contacts are automatically closed, the action command is issued to make the hydraulic motor electromagnet act, the hydraulic motor starts to work, and the hydraulic oil is cooled under the action of the radiator; when the hydraulic oil When the temperature is lower than 38 °C, the contact of the temperature control switch is automatically disconnected, the hydraulic motor stops working, and the cooling stops.
