Circulating air oil cooler is composed of air cooler, oil pipe, filter, motor oil pump, etc. Some equipment will add pressure gauges at the oil inlet and outlet to detect the pressure. The flow gauge is used to check or calibrate the flow of the oil pump. Customers add various hydraulic components according to their own needs. A circuit that does not participate in providing power is formed separately on the equipment tank. The oil pressure of this circuit is balanced, there is no impact, and the oil flow is stable. It is suitable for connecting a cold oil cooler to cool the equipment.
Circulation air cooler, the oil pump suction port is connected to the oil tank, and ensure that the oil pipe is below the liquid level of the oil tank. The outlet connected to the oil pump will consider connecting an external filter to ensure that impurities are filtered first. The external filter is connected to the oil inlet of the air-cooled oil cooler, and the oil pipe of the oil outlet is connected to the oil tank to form an independent circuit. The oil pipe of the oil outlet is the same as the oil suction port of the oil pump. It is necessary to ensure that the oil pipe is below the liquid level of the oil tank to avoid the formation of air bubbles.
